Buffalo Bounce & Tent | Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation, Booking, Payment Due Dates & Cancellations

  • Availability: All reservations are subject to equipment availability. Please book as early as possible to secure your desired rental items.
  • Reservation & Booking: Reservation, equipment and date, is held when we receive a reservation deposit of 20% of the total rental cost, which is collected at the time the reservation is booked and is non-refundable.
  • Balance: The balance payment of total rental cost is due 14 days before the event. If payment is not received at the latest by 7 days before the event, the reservation will be considered cancelled, and the reservation deposit will not be refunded.
  • Cancellation or Change of Event Schedule: You may receive a credit of up to 80% of your full rental & services cost if you choose to cancel or reschedule your event as late as 48 hours before your event date and time. Your credit is available for up to 18 months, for you to reschedule at your convenience and based on Buffalo Bounce & Tent availability.

2. Security Deposit

At 2 business days before the event, a credit authorization is placed on Client's credit card for equal to 20% of the total rental price, as a security deposit. After equipment is returned, inspected and determined as in condition delivered, the credit authorization will be released.

In the event of damage, loss, theft, or excessive cleaning, the 20% security deposit may be collected and used to cover the necessary repairs or replacement costs. If cost of repair or replacement exceeds the deposit amount, the client will be additionally responsible.

3. Weather Conditions & Force Majeure

Within 24 hours of Client's event, if National Weather Service forecasts hazardous weather for during the planned event date and time, Client acknowledges that Buffalo Bounce & Tent reserves the right to cancel or reschedule. In this circumstance, we will offer to reschedule, at your convenience and based on Buffalo Bounce & Tent availability for up to 18 months following the original event date. Client may also request a refund, in full. This policy is for the safety of all parties involved.

Client agrees that Buffalo Bounce & Tent is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred due to such weather-related cancellations.

Force Majeure: Neither Client nor Buffalo Bounce & Tent shall be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

4. Delivery & Setup

Client must provide:

  • A clear, level setup area suitable for the equipment being rented.
  • Adequate space and access for safe delivery, setup, and removal of the equipment.
  • An electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup area (unless a generator is rented).

Delivery times are estimated and may vary. The client must ensure that an adult (18+) is present during both delivery and pickup to oversee the process and sign off on the condition of the equipment.

5. Equipment Responsibility

The client assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. The equipment must not be:

  • Moved after setup.
  • Used in unsafe weather conditions.
  • Used without proper adult supervision at all times.

Any damage, theft, or misuse will result in repair or replacement charges. The client will be responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacement if necessary.

6. Safety & Supervision

Adult supervision is required at all times during use. Shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, face paint, and pets are not permitted on inflatable equipment.

7. Injury & Liability

Client assumes all risks associated with the use of rented equipment. Buffalo Bounce & Tent is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines. The client agrees to release and hold Buffalo Bounce & Tent harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of the equipment.

8. Cleaning & Damage

Equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Excessive dirt, stains, or debris may result in cleaning fees.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Buffalo Bounce & Tent reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for the equipment, including but not limited to unstable ground, hazardous weather conditions, or inadequate space.

10. Damage Assessment & Charges

In the event of damage, loss, theft, or excessive cleaning, Buffalo Bounce & Tent reserves the right to assess and determine the cost of repairs or replacement based on the current market value or the cost of professional repairs. The customer agrees to cover any costs associated with such damages or losses.

  • Repair or Replacement Costs: These costs will be determined by Buffalo Bounce & Tent and may include labor, materials, and shipping fees if applicable. The customer will be responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacement.
  • Security Deposit Use: Any damages or fees incurred will be deducted from the security deposit. If the total cost exceeds the security deposit, the customer will be billed for the remaining balance.

    The client acknowledges that Buffalo Bounce & Tent has the final discretion in determining the repair or replacement cost, and this determination is final.

By placing an order, submitting payment, or accepting delivery of rental equipment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above. These Terms & Conditions constitute the full agreement between Buffalo Bounce & Tent and the Client and supersede any prior discussions or representations. Buffalo Bounce & Tent reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
