1. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required. The deposit covers damage, loss, theft, or excessive cleaning beyond normal use. Deposits are refunded after the equipment is inspected and confirmed in good condition.

2. Cancellations & Weather Policy

Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future date if cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the event.
For unsafe weather conditions (high winds, heavy rain, lightning), Buffalo Bounce & Tent reserves the right to cancel or reschedule for safety reasons.

3. Delivery & Setup

Customer must provide:

• Clear, level setup area
• Adequate space and access
• Electrical outlet within 50 feet (unless generator rented)

Delivery times are estimated. Customer must ensure an adult (18+) is present at delivery and pickup.

4. Equipment Responsibility

Customer assumes full responsibility for equipment from time of delivery until pickup. Equipment must not be:

• Moved after setup
• Used in unsafe weather
• Used without proper supervision

Any damage, theft, or misuse will result in repair or replacement charges.

5. Safety & Supervision

Adult supervision is required at all times during use. Shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, face paint, and pets are not permitted on inflatable equipment.

6. Injury & Liability

Customer assumes all risks associated with the use of rented equipment. Buffalo Bounce & Tent is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines.

7. Cleaning & Damage

Equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Excessive dirt, stains, or debris may result in cleaning fees.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Buffalo Bounce & Tent reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

By placing an order, submitting payment, or accepting delivery of rental equipment, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above. These Terms & Conditions constitute the full agreement between Buffalo Bounce & Tent and the Customer and supersede any prior discussions or representations. Buffalo Bounce & Tent reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
